How to Use:
Lightly towel your dry hair. Distribute with fingertips. Apply the Stimulating Scalp Toner directly to your scalp from nozzle in 1” partings. Do NOT rinse. Comb through and style as usual. Can be reapplied when required on your wet or dry scalp/hair.
